Seventy Years of Motorcycle Production are written about in this hard-backed book written by Erwin Tragatsch and published in 1964 by the Temple Press.  "A record of almost 2000 makes of motorcycle, past and present, from over twenty countries is contained in this new and unique work of reference.  Entries are listed in alphabetical order, according to proprietary names.  In every case basic information is included regarding country of origin and dates of productions, and nearly all entries include details of the location of the company concerned, its organization, and the type and range of the machined it has produced.  In addition, there are over sixty illustrations representing machines of every major period and type."  This is a first edition book.

Condition:  This hard backed book does not have its dust jacket.  The cover is dark read and there is some wear to the edges of the cover and a little fading/discolouration.  It once had sticky plastic covering the book; the back cover and spine still have this plastic stuck to it.  The internal pages have some age related wear to their edges.  The first plain page has the details of Pte Bowman JFC and his address, a military camp in Malaysia.  Notes have been written in pencil beneath this.  Please see the photographs.
